北京时间1月6日，成都蓉城足球俱乐部官方宣布，约翰-阿洛伊西正式出任球队主教练。
就在不久前，约翰-阿洛伊西的哥哥罗斯-阿洛伊西已经官宣出任浙江队主教练。
约翰-阿洛伊西现年49岁，此前曾执教墨尔本城、布里斯班狮吼、西部联，并带领西部联在2021/22赛季夺得澳超冠军。球员时期，约翰-阿洛伊西曾帮助澳大利亚国家队进军世界杯决赛圈，并在对阵日本队的比赛中攻入一球。
罗斯-阿洛伊西的教练履历同样丰富。过去两年，他在上海海港队担任穆斯卡特的助手。更早之前，他执教过布里斯班狮吼、阿德莱德联女足，并在横滨水手、澳大利亚国家队担任过助理教练。
2015-2018年，阿洛伊西兄弟在布里斯班狮吼合作，当时弟弟约翰担任主教练，哥哥罗斯担任助理教练。此前有猜测称兄弟二人会在浙江队重聚，而如今，这对兄弟将在下赛季中超各为其主。
